Smooth Big Cat - BB 19.03.21

Collaboration with Drop Project at Villages Brewery.

SMOOTH BIG CAT is a strong and silky double IPA. Heavily hopped with Talus, Simcoe, and Mosaic, and fermented with London Ale III.

This is a special brew for us. It’s our first double IPA, but it’s also our first collaboration beer made in-house. For the occasion we teamed up with our pals JT, Joe, and Will from Drop Project to see what our shiny new brewhouse can do. And boy oh boy...

What came out of that day was a smooth, big beer, for a SMOOTH BIG CAT.
