Artic Gates

Cryo hops are still relatively new to the beer market. It allows brewers to get the same amount of bittering, flavour and aroma with a fraction of the mass. We have dabbled in the Cryo hop game and this is our second brew using them.
Arctic Gates combines Ekaunot and Azacca (and a cheeky bit of Simcoe) to make a passionfruit and pine tropical IPA. Crisp and hoppidee hoppy with a simple malt bill letting the hop fruits flourish. To balance the fruity flavours, we have given this pint good bitterness on the pallet.
Pouring a beautiful pale, this modern IPA will have you coming back for another.
