You need to let us know within 14 days after your order has been placed if you want to return your products. Call us on 01332 977403.

We will refund your order within 14 days after it has been recieved at Beer Metropolis in fully saleable condition, with the exception of products that were accidentally damaged during delivery. We will discuss this with you when you call.
