Delivery Issues
We do our best to package your beers safely but there is always the chance of the unexpected happening on the journey between our warehouse and your front door. If you do have any delivery issues then please call our team on 01332 977404 (Monday – Friday 9am – 4pm) and we can help you.
Challenge 25
We operate a Challenge 25 scheme to ensure we do not sell alcohol to minors. If you are lucky enough to look under 25 years old we will request to see an acceptable form of ID such as passport or drivers license.
With Delivery, alcohol licensing laws state that it must be signed for by an adult and therefore cannot be left unattended. If you supply a mobile number, the courier company will send a text with an ETA to assist planning your day.
