Delivery Area and Time Scales

We ship to UK mainland only and use DHL to send it by NEXT DAY DELIVERY. Order by 11am and we'll aim to get it collected the same day for next day delivery. DHL can text you with an ETA if you provide us with a mobile number.

Delivery Cost

The cost is a flat rate of £6.99 or FREE delivery on orders over £50 per order to Mainland UK. Get in touch if you want to find out about our shipping rates for further afield.

Boxes

We have high quality boxes to keep your order safe and protected during delivery.

Delivery Issues

We do our best to package your beers safely but there is always the chance of the unexpected happening on the journey between our warehouse and your front door. If you do have any delivery issues then please call our team on 01332 977403 (Monday – Friday 9am – 4pm) and we can help you.

Click & Collect

For orders placed the day before, your beer case can be collected from our warehouse (in DE21) :

Monday - Friday 10:00-16:00

We will also send you an email when it's ready for collection confirming these details and any changes to the times for that week. If you would like to collect on the same day then please call us on 01332 977403 before placing your order and we'll do our best to make it happen!

Challenge 25

We operate a Challenge 25 scheme to ensure we do not sell alcohol to minors. If you are lucky enough to look under 25 years old we will request to see an acceptable form of ID such as passport or drivers license.

Click & Collect

With Click & Collect, please bring acceptable photo ID with you if there is a chance we think you look under 25!

Delivery

With Delivery, alcohol licensing laws state that it must be signed for by an adult and therefore cannot be left unattended. If you supply a mobile number, the courier company will send a text with an ETA to assist planning your day.
